The Awards Committee at the Texas Chapter of APCO Inc. Spring Conference will select the Telecommunicator of the Year.  The President of the APCO Chapter at the fall business meeting will make presentation of the award.  The Telecommunicator of the Year will be presented with a year's membership to the Texas Chapter of APCO, inscribed plaque and expenses paid to participate in the Fall Conference.
